Farmacy Berkeley, part of Glass House Brands, Inc., seeks an experienced Inventory Specialist to support store operations and compliance. The role covers back-of-house inventory, vendor coordination, and day-to-day analysis to improve efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include loss prevention training, shipping/receiving processes, and maintaining organized stock while adhering to state and local regulations. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of inventory experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated business is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication within store operations.

Responsabilités

• Support store and delivery team to maximize sales through merchandise management.
• Lead and train the team on loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Assist in shipping/receiving and inventory reporting and analysis.
• Maintain organized backstock and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate goals and updates to staff, with timely reporting by 3pm PST.
• Ensure accurate inventory and smooth floor transitions from receipt to sale.
