Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies and KYC/Regulatory rules.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank procedures.
