• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM responsibilities in compliance with bank policies.
