Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service is preferred.
• Ability to learn and explain banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and empathy.
• Perform branch operations and adhere to bank procedures.
