F&M Bank in Archbold, OH seeks a qualified bank teller to join our team. Tellers manage customer transactions, cash handling, and provide friendly service while following bank procedures and security requirements.

The role involves building relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting bank products. You may float to branch locations within the region and work Monday–Saturday with occasional extended hours to support business flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Basic math and computer skills
• Cash-handling experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency

Responsabilités

• Handle account transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and opening/closing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on products and services, and refer customers to branch representatives.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals as set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers, count/package coins and currency, and report discrepancies.
• Track, record, and store transactional information and special requests.
• Provide a high level of customer service with a smile and comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
