Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Identify customer needs and refer to branch representatives.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals.
• Reconcile cash drawers and process currency.
• Track, record, and store transactional information.
• Provide high level of customer service with a smile.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
