• Engage in lobby management and greet customers with proactive service.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolved.
• Log customer complaints accurately in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities in line with regulations.
