Qualifications

• Experience as a salesman or in a similar automotive role.
• Strong sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers professionally.
• Understand customers' needs to recommend suitable vehicles
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
• Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
• Other duties assigned
