Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the service drive and initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Maintain customer rapport and records to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate estimated repair/service times to customers and manage expectations.
• Delegate tasks to technicians as appropriate and coordinate with Service Manager as needed.
• Produce accurate repair estimates and start/complete repair orders for warranty, customer paid, and internal work.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
