Job summary

Friendly Chevrolet, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Automotive Service Advisor in Minnesota. The role emphasizes strong verbal communication, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service to support the scheduling, estimation, and execution of vehicle service and repairs.

Responsibilities include explaining maintenance requirements and cost estimates, engaging customers professionally, and contributing toward meeting monthly goals while supporting dealership growth and customer loyalty.

• Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in the scheduling and estimating of vehicle service and repairs.
• Provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates.
• Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity and accuracy, and courtesy.

Qualifications

• General Motors experience a plus
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Reliability, enthusiasm, friendliness and a positive "team-player" attitude
• A leader in service with verifiable CSI scores
• Ex-Military and/or Bi-lingual is always a plus
• Clean driving record
