Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in New York (Hybrid). You will work directly with strategic customers to diagnose friction points and ship production-grade voice AI solutions that go live quickly.

Responsibilities include embedding with customers, designing and deploying production systems, owning the full lifecycle, and collaborating with product teams to improve the platform. 3+ years of software engineering and customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• Customer-facing technical experience such as forward deployed, solutions engineering or consulting
• Strong backend engineering skills and ability to operate real infrastructure
• Familiarity with voice AI, speech systems, real-time audio pipelines or ML/LLM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand real production usage of voice AI
• Design, build, and ship production-ready systems integrating voice AI models
• Own full lifecycle from prototype to deployment and monitoring
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete technical solutions and build them
• Collaborate with product and research to feed real-world learnings back to the platform
• Be the technical backbone of customer engagements from discovery to go-live
• Debug and resolve production issues quickly while ensuring reliability
