Job summary

Steven Label LLC is seeking a highly technical Sales Engineer to act as the primary technical interface between customers, Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Customer Service, and Manufacturing in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role focuses on resolving technical questions, reviewing specifications, and addressing manufacturing concerns to enable new business acquisitions.

Qualifications

• A high-school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers after business is awarded and drive inquiries through to resolution.
• Partner with Business Development on customer visits, presentations and technical reviews to free BD from daily technical account management.
• Bridge between customers and internal operations; support design-for-manufacture discussions and manufacturability reviews.
• Track technical projects and open issues, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure timely deliverables.
