Job summary

Michaels Daytona Beach is seeking a team member to maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and assist customers in finding products. You will help keep the store organized, stock shelves, run register tasks, and participate in Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

This role requires physical activity, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, and adherence to safety guidelines. The Michaels Companies, Inc.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations
• Support truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
• Engage in safety and shrink programs
• Adhere to company policies and standards
