You will translate requirements into feasible system-level solutions, serve as the technical integrator across engineering disciplines, and guide prototype transitions from concept to execution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in systems engineering or complex technical product development.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into system-level solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage customer engagement to establish technical credibility.
• Own end-to-end conceptual solution architectures to meet customer requirements.
• Design system-level architecture, interfaces, and key technical tradeoffs.
• Validate concepts with rapid experiments and data-backed analyses.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls teams.
• Guide transition from conceptual architecture to prototype-ready designs.
