Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a project coordinator to oversee software development and automation projects from installation through handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure milestones meet specifications and budgets, and act as the primary customer contact.

You will provide training, deliver project updates, and collaborate with developers while supporting QA and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site. This role requires travel and a robust engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related engineering discipline.
• Strong computer skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with material handling or warehouse management systems preferred.
• U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development and automation projects from installation and testing through customer handover.
• Coordinate teams to meet specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Serve as customer’s primary contact, provide training and project updates.
• Collaborate with software developers and support QA and troubleshooting remotely and on-site.
