Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team from sale through installation of a complete system. You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing, guiding the project to meet customer needs while respecting budget and schedule.

You will own the project after kickoff, collaborate with Sales Engineer, manage resources, track progress with schedules, and communicate weekly updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience and/or education with basic financials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office; familiar with Gantt charts.
• AutoCAD experience preferred; ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Energetic, ambitious and hard working with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US long-term without sponsorship; adheres to information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Approve supplier invoices and manage project financials within budget.
• Lead cross-functional project teams from sale to final installed solution.
• Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; publish weekly status updates.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, and resource allocations; ensure timely close-out.
• Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and CRM contact info.
