Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager in Savannah, GA to lead our customer-facing service team. You will hire, coach, and evaluate performance; drive safe operations; and resolve customer issues while ensuring top-level satisfaction across locations.

The role emphasizes driving sales and profitability, managing inventory and payroll, and budget oversight. You may accompany service reps on visits and travel as needed to deliver world-class service and goodwill.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience or Sales/Customer service background is a plus.
