Job summary

Matter Labs is hiring two product engineers to embed with institutional customers, taking Prividium from signed deals to live deployment. You will uncover requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with customer engineers to deliver production-grade implementations.

You will own the solution end-to-end, from discovery through deployment, including integrations, permissioning, and runbooks, while aligning with platform strategy and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping complete systems used by real customers.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
• Ability to write, debug, and maintain production software in languages like TypeScript, Rust, Go, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience owning and operating production software and responding to incidents.
• Excellent customer communication and independent judgment when working with clients.
• Curiosity about problems and ability to justify design choices to stakeholders.
• Understanding of large orgs: documentation, entitlements, authentication, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer needs and design end-to-end solutions across auth, data, integrations, and deployment.
• Make product decisions, quantify the underlying problem, and determine what to build or defer.
• Own delivery from discovery to production, including integration code, permissions, upgrade paths, and runbooks.
• Build reference applications to prove use cases like collateral movement, tokenized deposits, and settlements.
• Triage customer issues across self-hosted environments and coordinate with on-call support when needed.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for Prividium and hosted services.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Core Engineering to identify reusable platform capabilities.
