Job summary

Matter Labs is hiring engineers to embed with institutional customers, turning signed deals into live chains inside customer environments. You will deploy end-to-end integrations, manage topology, upgrades, and runbooks, and build reference apps for collateral movement, tokenized deposits, and settlement flows.

You will also carry pager duties for Prividium, respond to incidents, and work with product and sales leadership to target deep-dive accounts.

Qualifications

• Production software you have owned and run, including carrying a pager.
• Fluency in TypeScript or Rust, or Java/C#/Go/Python proficiency and ability to learn our stack quickly.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or technical founder) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end to end: integration code, permissioning, node topology, upgrade paths, runbooks.
• Build reference applications that prove use cases across collateral movement, tokenized deposits, and settlement flows.
• Carry the pager for Prividium and related services, including post-incident fixes and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Head of Product and Head of Sales on account strategy and with core engineering on deployment evolution into the platform.
