Job summary

Matter Labs seeks an engineer embedded with institutional customers to take Prividium from a signed deal to a live deployment within their environment. The role revolves around translating complex regulatory obligations into concrete, auditable solutions that satisfy large banks and custodians.

Ideal candidates have strong production software experience, a track record with customer environments, and fluency in TS or Rust or comparable languages.

Qualifications

• Production software you have owned and run, including carrying a pager for it.
• Strong coding ability in TypeScript or Rust, or fluency in Java, C#, Go, or Python and the ability to pick up new stacks quickly.
• Significant time in customer environments, such as forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or technical founder roles.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end to end: integration code, permissioning, node topology, upgrade paths, and runbooks for customer ops.
• Build reference applications demonstrating use cases across collateral movement, tokenized deposits, and settlement flows.
• Carry the pager for Prividium and related services, responding to incidents and preventing recurrence.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Sales on target accounts and with engineering on turning deployments into the platform.
