Matter Labs in the United States is hiring two product engineers to design and deliver complete customer solutions for Prividium deployments with institutional customers such as banks and custodians.

You will uncover requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and work with the customer's engineers to bring it into production. You will make recommendations, own delivery, and span DevOps, frontend, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and shipping complete systems used by real customers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear solutions and explain trade-offs.
• Experience writing, debugging, and maintaining production software in at least one modern language.

Responsabilités

• Work with customers to clarify needs and design the whole solution across authorization, data layers, integrations, and deployment.
• Make product decisions: quantify the need, evaluate trade-offs, and decide what to build vs. defer.
• Own delivery from first conversation through production, including integration code and runbooks.
