Job summary

Matter Labs is seeking an engineer embedded with our institutional customers to take Prividium from a signed deal to a live chain inside their environment. The institutions run banks, custodians, and clearing houses moving real value on aging infrastructure.

You will read complex regulatory obligations and design general solutions that satisfy this customer and the next four, presenting firm recommendations to their engineers. We value taste: the best general solution within constraints.

Qualifications

• Production software you have owned and run, including pager responsibility.
• Strong coding skills in TypeScript or Rust; fluency in Java, C#, Go, or Python.
• Significant time in customer environments, e.g. forward deployed engineering or solutions architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end to end: integration code, permissions, topology, runbooks.
• Build reference applications proving use cases across collateral movement and settlement flows.
• Carry pager for Prividium and related services, handling outages and fixes.
• Collaborate with Head of Product/Sales and core engineering on accounts and platform evolution.
