AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer-facing infrastructure and energy projects in a matrix environment. You will coordinate planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include building trusted client relationships, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field with 3 years of qualified experience, or an Associate’s degree with 5 years, or HS Diploma with 7 years.
• Experience in utility/construction project delivery is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of customer-facing capital, construction, and energy projects.
• Serve as primary customer interface with proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with customers, teams, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure alignment of customer requirements with project plans and execution strategies.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and commercial functions.
• Support safety culture and Zero Harm initiatives.
