Job summary

AEP is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to join a team delivering Computer, Network, Storage and End-User infrastructure solutions. You will plan, research, design, and engineer enterprise infrastructure, provide advanced support, and drive cost estimates and technical recommendations.

Responsibilities include leading project work, coordinating teammates, documenting procedures, and ensuring adherence to change and incident management processes.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience working with AWS services.
• 1-2 years' experience in Microsoft Azure cloud platform (IaaS, PaaS, AI, databases, networking).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure project assignments related to computer, network, storage, cloud and end-user infra.
• Plan, research, evaluate, design and analyze complex infrastructure systems.
• Provide advanced technical support, operation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to change and incident management policies and response scenarios.
• Prepare cost estimates, justifications and technical recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate work activities within the team.
• Prepare technical documentation including procedures and standards.
• Support annual and project budgeting and planning.
