Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a division of Enterprise Holdings, is hiring a Return Agent for the Albuquerque Airport location (ABQ). This role offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and includes the possibility of a monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns, and maintaining a smooth rental flow. Schedule is 9am-6pm from Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Qualifications

• This position requires at least 1 year of customer service/retail or admin support experience.
• Candidate must be able to work a schedule listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival with prescribed dialogue.
• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Inform customers about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Identify and document found belongings and damaged vehicles as needed.
• Maintain orderly lot and support efficient operations.
