Job summary

Enterprise Mobility's National/Alamo brands offer a Return Agent position at Boise Airport. You will greet customers, assist with the rental return process, and maintain a friendly, efficient environment to ensure quick and accurate transactions.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with full-time schedules (40 hours/week), including weekends. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, life insurance, and employee car-rental discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must currently live in the Boise area or relocate within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No recent drug or alcohol related convictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Assist with the rental return process and review charges.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot for efficient traffic flow.
• Document occurrences and assist with damage/loss reporting as needed.
