Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service and Sales at teller or service desk.
• Educate customers on bank solutions including new accounts and services.
• Make complete recommendations to support customer financial wellbeing.
• Engage customers through onboarding or campaigns.
• Maintain accounts—update information, order checks, close accounts as needed.
• Assist with financial questions and explain bank services and charges.
• Open/Close Night Drop with required controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
