Qualifications

• Customer service experience with cash handling across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate customers about digital banking options.
• Professional conduct with customers, colleagues and other departments.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to identify potential fraud and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to bank operations, security procedures and dual-control processes.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Confirm customer identity and verify signatures for checks and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.
• Provide professional email and phone communications.
• Support colleagues and participate in training via internal platforms.
• Attend Robbery & Incident Response procedures and perform related duties.
