Job summary

Plentitude is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate customer needs into reliable software, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. You will work directly with restoration contractors to connect their systems and implement practical solutions, collaborating with the founders to improve the platform and define implementation patterns.

A hands-on role with substantial customer interaction and ownership from discovery through deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping software and building production applications.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, authentication, and varied data inputs.
• Strong communication with nontechnical stakeholders; explain tradeoffs clearly.
• Ability to work independently with incomplete requirements and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Ship and maintain software solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain integrations and automation between Plentitude and customer tools.
• Improve AI workflows and ensure data moves correctly from source to outputs.
• Investigate issues across data, integrations, and product behavior; implement fixes.
