Qualifications

• 2–5+ years as a software engineer or in a technical customer‑facing role.
• Strong technical foundation, comfortable in messy data environments.
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts like RAG and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Build custom integrations and pipelines on customer data.
• Debug retrieval quality and optimize data ingestion in production.
• Act as the voice of the customer, identifying platform gaps.
