Job summary

Fulcrum, Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers, implementing AI automations and customizing solutions. You will be the customer’s first resource for applying our technology to their workflows, ensuring reliable and compliant delivery.

You will own engagements, implement features with clients, and collaborate across teams to integrate solutions into our core product. Strong coding in Python and TypeScript and excellent documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post‑college work experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong coder with proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Excellence in technical documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical customers; adapt to evolving objectives and iterations.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week from our San Francisco office (relocation okay).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of high-stakes customer engagements and determine how to apply AI automations to workflows.
• Implement and build new features with customers, and integrate them into the core engineering product.
