Job summary

Roboflow is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our pre-sales team in the United States. You will collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and design edge-based computer vision solutions, guiding clients from assessment to live demos.

You will work with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and shape the solution roadmap. A strong CV/AI background, cloud/edge experience, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or related role in computer vision/AI/IoT.
• Industry exposure in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or retail is a plus.
• Expertise in edge-based design and deployment, data handling, and model inference.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of computer vision, ML, and related technologies; cloud/edge infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; willingness to travel about 40%.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Qualification: assess feasibility and fit with our CV solutions; advise clients.
• Solution Design: tailor end-to-end edge-based architectures across hardware/software.
• Technical Expertise: maintain in-depth platform knowledge and deployment guidance.
• Demo and POC: lead technical demos and proof-of-concept activities.
• Customer Engagement: respond to inquiries on architecture, APIs, security, and deployment.
• Collaboration: work with Product/Engineering to relay customer feedback.
