Trustco Bank is seeking a Full-Time Teller in New York. The role focuses on accurate customer transactions, helpful guidance on products, and maintaining financial security and confidentiality.

Frontline ambassador responsibilities include cross-selling, processing payments, and balancing daily transactions while upholding strong customer service standards within a collaborative branch team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service and cash handling
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Access to reliable transportation
• Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in small team environments
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs., stand for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Customer Transactions: process deposits, check cashing, withdrawals with accuracy.
• Product & Service Promotion: cross-sell and educate clients on bank products.
• Payment Processing: handle payments, money orders, and loan payments.
• Secure Handling of Assets: manage night deposits and safe deposit boxes with confidentiality.
• Client Support & Inquiries: respond to questions and provide account info.
• Reconciliation & Record Keeping: balance at end of day and maintain logs for compliance.
