Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in our Fort Wayne store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support operations across the store while following policy and loss-prevention standards.

You’ll be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, and participate in safety and recovery rituals.

Responsibilities

• Role models customer experience practices with customers and staff.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change accurately.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Initiates store recovery and maintains cleanliness throughout the day.
• Maintains organizational and recovery standards for the sales floor.
• Gives and receives recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
