Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer experience and engage with customers.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to address priorities and maintain store standards.
