Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing to sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to optimize flow of goods and priorities.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
