SKIMS in Scottsdale Fashion Square is seeking an Assistant Store Leader focused on Customer Experience. You will partner with the Store Leader to elevate guest interactions, coach frontline teams, and drive high-volume sales with impeccable service on the floor.

You will balance store operations, coaching, and data-driven decisions to maximize profitability while delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to own the sales floor and drive engagement and conversion.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store with a Customer Obsessed mindset and set the tone for welcoming guest experiences.
• Own the sales floor, engage customers, support Supervisors and Team Members, drive conversion.
• Coach team on product knowledge and consultative selling using KPI insights.
• Provide real-time coaching to sharpen skills and elevate customer experience.
• Balance operations during peak times while maintaining an elevated floor experience.
• Set behavior expectations and motivate the team to exceed sales targets.
• Lead by example on the floor, remaining visible, approachable, and proactive.
• Foster Learning Agility through open dialogue and development.
• Analyze sales data with Store Leader to adjust strategies for productivity.
• Ensure store is welcoming, well maintained, and visually appealing.
