Job summary

FIGS, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Scottsdale Fashion Square store.

You will support the store manager in retail operations, lead sales associates, and set the tone for the team to deliver the FIGS brand experience. You will coach staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory, contribute to visual merchandising, and help hit sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience required.
• 2+ years managing high volume retail operations.
• Action oriented, drive for results.
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the FIGS brand and mission on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop sales associates, setting clear expectations.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory coordination, and P&L review.
• Lead on-floor presence, giving feedback and coaching in the moment.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards.
