Job summary

Michaels Stores in Jackson, MI is hiring a Part-Time associate to help customers locate products, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stock rotation, and store recovery to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a friendly attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays;EOE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout with standard cash handling
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Stock shelves and participate in truck unloads
