Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers, discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. The role requires detail orientation, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You will handle extensive problem-solving, schedule service and delivery orders, coordinate with the operations team, and help build close relationships with customers while supporting maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
