Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of CRM systems input required.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving and order processing.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing relationships.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with service/operations team.
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
• Additional duties as assigned.
