Culligan Water is seeking a customer service representative to engage with customers, discuss orders, resolve problems, and support related needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities include order processing, coordinating schedules with sales and service teams, and offering maintenance options. A minimum of two years in customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Sales Activity scheduling and monitoring
• Coordinate schedules with the sales/service/operations team
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services or maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
