Qualifications

• 1 year responsible experience in clerical office or retail sales store work.
• Study completed in a college/university above high school level may be substituted for six months of experience.

Responsabilités

• Greets and provides specialized services to customers and processes transactions.
• Provides layaway services and explains policies.
• Processes refunds, exchanges, and price adjustments per NEX policy.
• Takes and places customer orders, deposits, and follows up with buyers/vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of store policies and assists resolving customer issues.
