Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store and assist customers

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and stock levels; complete returns and recover merchandise.
• Support in-store shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers professionally; promote the store's vision and values; be a role model for team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
