The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will provide fast, friendly service, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming environment while following company policies.

You will work a variety of shifts, remain compliant with safety and food handling standards, support team members, and help protect assets. A successful CSR brings professionalism and a positive attitude to every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• CSR may be expected to participate in company-sponsored training classes.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform.
• Cross-train and perform all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Maintain safe work environment and report incidents to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service; ensure customers feel appreciated.
• Keep work area organized and store clean at all times.
• Protect company assets and handle cash according to policies.
• Follow all policies and regulatory requirements for age-restricted sales.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and communicate according to guidelines.
• Assist customers at self-checkout where applicable.
