Key duties include assisting customers, following age-restricted sale rules, and supporting teammates in a fast-paced retail and food-service environment while upholding quality and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Participation in company training classes related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time with proper uniform and appearance.
• Cross-trained to perform all CSR retail and food-service tasks.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and handle customer issues or requests.
• Keep work area organized, store clean, and restrooms spotless.
• Protect company assets and handle cash according to policy.
• Comply with age-restricted sale rules and verify IDs as required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and store operations guidelines.
• Maintain positive store tone and clear internal communications.
• Assist customers at self-checkout where applicable.
