Old Navy is seeking a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring our store brand to life for customers. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, educate shoppers on our loyalty programs, and use omnichannel tools to help customers shop with ease.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, support sales floor operations, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. A passion for retail and flexible hours are valued in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail.
• Able to operate retail technology.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate on loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Engage with customers across omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations on floor, fitting room, cash wrap.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions professionally including returns.
