Millcraft Paper Company in Cincinnati is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service, process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the main contact for inquiries and will help build strategies to improve loyalty and experience.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work with ERP (D365) and CRM tools, develop product knowledge, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to ongoing improvements in

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required (college preferred).
• Experience in customer service, preferably with specialized products.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and changes and resolve issues with fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and product support requests promptly.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Provide product information and upsell where appropriate.
