Millcraft is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service to customers in the Paper & Forest Products sector. You will act as the main contact for inquiries, orders, and product support, while contributing to customer experience strategies and process improvements.

The role emphasizes accurate information, timely responses, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors, with opportunities to upsell and influence product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably with specialized products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and changes; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and product support requests promptly.
• Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions; ensure resolution.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
