Job summary

Millcraft is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service in the Paper & Forest Products sector. You will be the main contact for inquiries, complaints, and product support, ensuring timely resolution and customer loyalty.

You will process orders, upsell where appropriate, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey while upholding Millcraft’s values and policies. On-site roles, with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college or degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in specialized products.
• Proficient with ERP (D365) and CRM software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform light warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and order changes and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and product support requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build rapport.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to all policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
